P.R. Randy Cooney
Team Leader/CEO
 
Randy is responsible for overseeing the office with a primary focus on training, consulting and adding talent to Arizona’s #1 Real Estate Firm.
Randy is a native of Arizona and has been in Real Estate since 1985.
 
His professional background prior to Real Estate was a youth minister and educator. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Randy was the Senior V.P. & Director or Education for Coldwell Banker Realty.
 
What he enjoys the most is assisting his associates/partners with building their business.
Randy has been married for over 30 years and he enjoys time with his wife Andrea, their four children and their four grandchildren.

 
 
 
 
Jim Dunning
Designated Broker
 
Jim is responsible for agent and contract compliance, offers advice to agents for issues and disputes and works closely with the Team Leader providing leadership to all agents.
 
Jim is also involved in monthly training and consulting to agents in the Broker courses provided.

 

Anne Dougherty
Managing Broker
 
Anne is responsible for agent and contract compliance, helping their agents be successful.
 
Anne is originally from Liverpool, England. Her professional background prior to Real Estate was a Radio Office Manager. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Anne was a partner in a small Realty office. What Anne enjoys most are the people.

 

 

Renee Wojcek
MarketCenter Administrator
 
Renee is responsible for office management, business operations, financial statements, tech coordinator, commission payments and profitability.
 
Renee is originally from Florida. Her professional background prior to Real Estate for 12 years was Broker, Investor, C.A.M., vacation rentals. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Renee was an Office Manager.
 
What Renee enjoys the most is the people she works with and the companies mission statement and values.

 

 
George Wendell
AssistantMarketCenter Administrator
 
George is responsible for processing agent’s paperwork for sales, commission disbursement, building operations and management and a liaison for the agents.
 
George is originally from Baton Rouge, LA (Red Stick in French). His professional background prior to Real Estate was in Radio and TV sales for 26 years a total of 42 years in sales. Prior to joining Keller Williams, George was with Coldwell Banker.
 
What George enjoys the most is his grandson who is quarterback for Saguaro High School Football Team defending 4 and 1 State Champions. 8-0 in 2007. George has been married for 47 years and has 16 grandchildren.

 
 
Kathy Combs
Call Coordinator
 
Kathy is responsible for handling incoming calls, greets clients, visitors and manages all faxes. She also handles data entry for Listings and Sales Contracts and organizes the conference and meeting facility.
 
Kathy is originally from North Carolina. Her professional background was in education. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Kathy was with the MesaSchool District for 20+ years and also was a career tech for a youth program.
 
What Kathy enjoys most is getting to know the staff and agents and the computer input work.

 
Sandra Janovsek

Assistant Front Desk Coordinator

Sandra is responsible for handling incoming calls and assisting the Call Coordinator.

Sandra is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She specializes in Clerical work and prior to joining Keller Williams she worked for the Mesa Public School District as a job order clerk.
 

Stacie Levreau
Transaction Coordinator

Stacie is responsible for handling sales and listing transactions from contract to close. She ensures all paperwork is executed correctly and coordinates all closing activities. Obtaining any missing signatures, initials or documents. She is also a liaison between lenders, escrow officers and agents.

Stacie is originally from Los Angeles, California and has worked for Keller Williams since 2004. Her professional background was Asset Management from 1984-1990, stay at home mom from 1990-1996, Realtor from 1996-2002 and a Transaction Coordinator from 2002 to present.
 
Prior to joining Keller Williams Stacie was a Transaction Coordinator at ReMax. What she enjoys the most is working with so many different personalities and approaches.
